How to get there

LONDON EXPO - Novotel London WestLondon Novotel West

Underground: Hammersmith Underground Station is adjacent to the hotel with access to the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City Lines.

Car: Leave the A4 at the Hammersmith turning and proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road to the large roundabout underneath the flyover. Take the fifth exit off the roundabout. Then turn left into Shortlands – the main hotel entrance and parking will be on your left-hand side.

Parking: Novotel London West offers over 240 on-site car parking spaces (chargeable) and 5 coach bays, all of which are secure and under cover. The hotel is located just off the A4 and outside the Central London Congestion Zone making driving to and from the hotel very simple, straight forward and cost effective.

By Train: Piccadilly and Victoria Train Stations are approximately 20 minutes walk, Oxford Train Station 5 minutes and Deansgate Train Station just a 2 minute walk. You can use your train ticket to get the Metrolink from Piccadilly, Victoria and Deansgate train stations.

By Car: Once on the M60 exit at Junction 12 and join the M602 signposted towards the city centre. Follow the A57 straight on from the end of the M602 passing under a railway bridge before taking the left hand exit to merge onto the A56 Bridgewater Way. Turn right onto Whitworth Street West at Deansgate station and then turn left onto Albion Street. The entrance to the Manchester Central Car Park in through the next set of lights on the left, opposite The Bridgewater Hall.

Parking: Manchester Central has a large car park directly beneath the venue, providing easy access to the venue for all visitors. Managed by NCP, the car park is open and manned 24 hours a day with a full CCTV system. It offers 720 spaces with 18 dedicated disabled parking bays. Payment machines are located near all pedestrian exits which take cash and credit cards.


ABERDEEN EXPO - Hilton Aberdeen Treetops

Located in the West End of the city, only 3 miles from the city centre. 

From Aberdeen Airport: take a left and left again at the lights. Turn left at the roundabout onto the Inverurie Road and follow signs for the city centre, through Bucksburn. Go through the lights and take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Go straight through a further 3 roundabouts and through 3 sets of traffic lights. At the next roundabout turn right onto Queens Road. Turn left onto Springfield Road and the hotel is 500 metres down on your right-hand side.


JOHANNESBURG EXPO - Gallagher Estate

From airport: Take the R24 to Johnannesburg, at Gillooly's Interchange take the N3 split to Pretoria. After aprox 15km, take the N1 split to Pretoria. Take either the Allandale or New Road turnoff.

Allandale Turnoff
From Johannesburg: Take the Allandale Road off ramp to enter Midrand. Turn right into Allandale. At the second set of robots, take the slip road into the R101 Old Johannsburg Road. At the next robot, turn right into Le Roux Rd. At the Stop Street by the Caltex garage, turn left into Richards Drive. Proceed over two stop streets. Gallagher Estate will be on your left.

From Pretoria: Take the Allandale Road Off Ramp to enter Midrand. Turn left into Allandale. At the second set of robots, take the slip road into the R101 Old Johannesburg Road. New Road Turnoff
From Johannesburg: Take the New Road turnoff (after Allandale). Turn right at the robots into New Road. At the second set of robots, turn right into K101 Old Pretoria Road. Turn right into Johnnic Road and drive into Gallagher's entrance.

From Pretoria: N1 towards Johannesburg. Take the New Road turnoff, turn left at the robots into New Road.At the second set of robots, turn right into K101 Old Pretoria Road. Turn right into Johnnic Road and drive into Gallagher's entrance.


LEEDS EXPO - Saviles Hall

Train: Leeds Railway Station is approximately 1.3km away from Saviles Hall and should take about 20 minutes on foot. Head South on Little Neville St towards Neville Street. Turn right onto Neville Street and then take a slight left onto Great Wilson Street. Keep taking slight left turns onto Crown Point Road. Turn right onto Black Bull Street and a sharp left onto Black Bull Street/A61. Turn right onto Armouries Way.  

Parking: Saviles Hall offers 1650 on-site parking spaces (chargeable) all of which are secure and under cover.
